  1. Use a wide-bladed knife, such as a chef knife, and warm it for 20 seconds over a flame such as a kitchen blow torch, a lighter or even the eye of an electric stove.
  2. Warm the bottom of the Hershey's Kiss on the warm blade until it starts to melt slightly.
  3. Immediately place it on the rim of the martini glass and hold it there until the chocolate hardens.
  4. If it doesn't adhere to the edge, repeat steps 2 and 3.
