How Many Carbs In Pepperoni?
Good quality pepperoni has no carbs maximum 1g carbohydrates from the spices.
Always read the nutrition label as we have come across some pepperoni a little higher on the carb count with unnecessary fillers in the ingredients.
The pepperoni we use is very high in fat, moderate protein and virtual carb free it has no fillers or nitrate added.
You can use most brands of pepperoni to make your chips though just check the ingredients and nutrition label.

Omg so good. Made 400g of pepperoni chips to take to a garden party as I know there will be no Keto options, well I’m glad I had the good sense to keep a private stash, they were a crowd pleaser, bowl was empty in no time…thanks! I like your cooking method best for crisp results.Reply
Do you store these in the fridge or on the counter?

Hi Ken,
We store them in the fridge.

Hey! What brand of pepperoni are you using for this?? Every brand I’ve looked at has dextrose in the ingredients. (Not Keto- it spikes insulin levels) ☹️☹️ Help please! I need pepperoni in my life
Reply
Hi Erin,
It all depends where you are in the world! Have you tried a European or Italian deli?
We’re in Australia and our favorite pepperoni is dextrose-free 🙂

Does the macros listed reflect the grease that is wiped off the pepperoni?

Hi Sherry,
Unfortunately no, we don’t have the tools to accurately measure the fat that is removed during the cooking process. We add nutritional information as a general guide for the products that we use and recommend that you base your macros off the products that your use. I hope this helps.
