Some great detail on the increase of the Hybrid Work Environment, more focused on how it pertains to SAP, but still very helpful, in looking to the future. I'm honestly not sure what to anticipate but like the idea of candidates and employers alike meeting a middle ground. It'll be interesting to see where the pieces fall however.....#SAP #HybridWork #FutureOfWork

The current climate presents a unique opportunity for SAP professionals to experience the multiple benefits of working from home. Remote work is now the norm in the IT world, and it appears, from the recent poll we conducted on LinkedIn, that our SAP community values a good work-life balance.🏠💻Conversations I’ve had with SAP consultants have made it clear that they’re actively looking for roles that allow them to work from home.💡1️⃣Working from home allows SAP consultants to have greater flexibility in managing their work-life balance.2️⃣Many SAP consultants find that they are more productive when working from home. The absence of office distractions, such as impromptu meetings or interruptions from colleagues, allows consultants to focus on their work and complete tasks more efficiently.3️⃣Working remotely allows SAP consultants to access job opportunities from anywhere in the world. This opens up a broader range of projects and clients, providing consultants with the opportunity to gain diverse experience and expand their professional network. If you're an SAP professional looking for your next role, be sure to check out the SAP opportunities available at Brabers.📩#WorkFromHome #SAP #WorkLifeBalance

Ich bringe die Besten für SAP zusammen

Many of the talented SAP developers I have spoken to recently have all shared once specific requirement when looking for a new role: 𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜Flexible working often includes an element of remote work, either full or partial, due to the benefits it offers to both employers and employees through advancements in technology and changing work culture. So what are some of the benefits and challenges of remote work? Remote working can provide a number of advantages on top of increased flexibility. It can improve productivity, reduce costs, provide access to global talent and have a positive environmental impact. However, some of the challenges employees and companies have faced while working remotely include feelings of isolation, ineffective communication, security and privacy concerns, distractions and burnout due to blurred lines between work and personal life. In summary, remote work is expected to remain a significant aspect of the modern workforce, even as some employees return to physical offices, and might change how organizations approach company culture, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. In the future we are likely to see the continued development of technology to make remote work more accessible and efficient. If you are looking for a more flexible role working in SAP development, feel free to reach out to us here at Zintek Search to find out about some of the great opportunities we have across Germany and Austria! #RemoteWork #FutureOfWork #WorkFromAnywhere #SAP #SAPDevelopment

Great "blast from the past" article from SAP Insights. I especially liked the concluding paragraphs: Fortunately, it isnotnecessary for a workforce or team to be physically located near each other to be productive, collaborative, and innovative. That’s true whether they’re working in hybrid or remote roles, or as part of large, multinational organizations. It is necessary, though, to put practices in place to strategically boost collaboration rather than simply expecting it to happen. Being thoughtful and explicit about hybrid work norms can help ensure that practices are in place to spur interactions, collaboration, and innovation.By adopting these general practices and utilizing available technology, companies can effectively break down barriers between employees, regardless of their location.
